Learn to make bread from a unique part of Oaxaca from scratch with a local family. We´ll use some wheat that is grown locally by our host´s father and bake it in a wood fired oven
Learn to make traditional chocolate cocinera tradicional from scratch, toasting the cacao, grinding it, and forming it into bars to be used in cooking and hot chocolate
