Don´t have time for a mezcal tour? Schedule a traditional mezcal tasting at the Gusto Histórico office in Oaxaca city to learn about the flavors of Miahuatlpan.

Schedule: By appointment only, Monday-Sunday, 1pm-8pm

Duration: 1 hr

Cost per person: $30 USD/560 MXN (min 2-maximum 5 people)

Includes:

• Personalized tasting in English or Spanish

• 4 small batch mezcals from Miahuatlán (1 oz each)

• An explaination of the process, history, plants, and producers behind each mezcal

• 1 bottle of still or sparkling water

Things to know before your tasting:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation. We do not provide a refund for cancellations for any reason.

• For the deposit we accept cards, Venmo, or PayPal. At our tasting room we also accept cash (MXN/USD. All USD will be received at a fixed exchange rate of 18.8 (we do not change our exchange rate based on the day and have a fixed exchange rate for 2026)

• We also have select bottles available for purchase, we provide bubble wrap for safe transport
